3. VOICE DATA PRIVACY
By using our voice-activated interview feature, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your audio recordings for the purpose of AI analysis and feedback generation.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to Kass Interviewer. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to our platform at any time.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
